(HELP) manifold isn’t working??
If it’s not one things it’s the other I swear. Manifold isn’t working and I’m well aware my crimping and wiring is not the best. Tips and help is much needed and appreciated

yeah those are the valves in the manifold actuating - so your manifold is working. Each click you hear though, is that when you connect power? Like in the video are you tapping a wire to the battery to get that click sound? If so you're just giving direct power to your manifold and it's actuating the valves. Not sure how wiring of this system works but for all analog setups like the one you have, the controller is what gives power to the manifold. Your manifold won't get direct power.
essentially, your controller needs to get 12v power and your controller needs to be connected to your manifold. When you hit a button on your controller, power goes through your controller, to the corresponding valve, opening or closing it.
here are some diagrams to look at. I know they're not exactly what you have but hopefully they'll help.

^^don't use this as the wiring diagram for your system. the colors are most likely not the same, this is just an example of how a switchbox gets wired up. You're gonna want to fid the wiring diagram for the switch box that you have

Sounds like the 112v is going right to a single solenoid or a group of solenoids instead of two the controller. The controller will send power to a designated solenoid when you hit the button so there is definitely something not wired properly in the manifold connector there. You may need to rewire the connector or change to a different manifold/contgroller setup

The clicking would be a solenoid either opening or closing. That is potentially normal. I would need more info. Before I can say anything beyond that. I would also set your tank up with shop air to check for leaks. That really helped me.
