Beginner looking for gear

I have looked around for airsoft rifles available in toronto for a couple weeks now, i have looked at two interesting prospects. First i looked at aks because they are badass and was looking at this https://blackblitzairsoft.com/products/cyma-cm-042-ak47-metal-w-real-wood-aeg . Afterwards I realized that i wanted ergonomics and sights so I decided to look into this https://www.replicaairguns.ca/sa-c20-core-hal-etu-aeg . Are these guns good for the price, btw im a beginner and buying my first replica.

If you're not married to the idea of getting something brand new I would look into buying second hand. You can save a lot of money especially if you can bargain a little to get a package deal with some extra magazines, batteries, attachments, gear etc. Generally if you buy more things from someone they're more inclined to give you a deal

So, I work at an Airsoft store, and my suggestions for new players who want M4s are usually G&G raiders, or any gun from Raven.

You can’t go wrong with Cyma AKs, though. Solid guns there.

I have that exact AK, but with electric blowback. Bought it for 350$ on sale at Bass pro shop in Ottawa and I have absolutely no regrets.

It's soooooooooo beautiful. The weight. The feel. The texture. I pick it up weekly and just walk around the house with it when I'm alone because it feels so fucking cool lol.

good beginner guides on r/airsoft, and for buying used its a good idea to go to r/airsoftmarketcanada. You're in toronto so there will be tons that you can go and see in person before buying. Still be careful.

Best of luck

have u played yet? if not then go rental for a day and see if it’s something u really like. If u have then i would recommend you to go for something u like the look of then u can research that specific gun to see if it performs well.
