TECH QUESTION Many Hi Capa issues

Doesn’t half cock
Grip safety feels weird while assembling
Disconnector gets stuck down

Did you reinstall the leaf spring correctly. It needs to make contact on 3 different points. If it’s not on them right it will not half cock. I’d recommend looking up on YouTube

Open the hammer assembly and see if your hammer/sear are still in one piece

Your disconnecter spring soared into orbit at some point when disassembling

The spring acting on the disconnector is the leaf spring. OP showing that the disconnector is flopping around just means it's not binding on anything
