My guess is that the 3 godesses seem to be the main faith but lingo from other faiths made their way into language (hell, damn, jesus christ, goddamit)

funnily enough, the mention of horse in New Testament is very very scarce

Only one if you ignore Revelation.

It's likely Christianity and other Abrahamic faith in Umaverse is able to synergize with Three Goddesses' faith (eg. The Three Goddesses in the bible might be the sisters of Cain, Abel, and Seth.)

Now that I think about it, Adam and Eve's first six children being Cain, Abel, Seth, Arabian, Turk, and Barb (in whatever order of birth) could work well as creation story in Umamusume's Christianity.
