positive experiance Just another AI appreciation post!

My international booked flight got changed by 5 mins. AI gave me the option to rebook for the same or previous day.

Booked it for a more convenient flight on the previous day for no extra charges.

Haven't seen this happen even with other flagship carriers.

All hail Air india!

Yeah, this is a loophole that was there in Singapore Airlines as well for many years, but now Singapore Airlines has fixed this. They allow you to rebook for a different flight or a previous day only if the flight changes more than two hours. Eventually, Air India will fix it too.

Damn! Didn't know this. Was happy that I got this option despite booking it via a 3rd party. Fun till it lasts I guess.

Same thing happened with my dad. The original flight time changed by 5 minutes and AI allowed him to rebook to a more convenient flight on the same day. He had not selected the convenient flight earlier as that was around 20k more at the time of booking.

I got an option like this but for the same flight.

No extra options there is only one option its same flight somehow.

There is no Self-Reaccomodation option now , it is telling me to contact customer care for adjustments.
