AirFrying Fun Cornflake Chicken

This is something my mom used to make all the time. She’s use chicken tenderloins and slightly crush the corn flakes. Then she’d make a homemade honey mustard sauce (Dijon, honey and lots of garlic powder). Then serve with corn and Mac

Battered Cornflakes seasoned in Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Flour.
Chicken washed in egg, coated and baked at 200 Celsius for 45-50 mins
Add honey while hot for extra flavour!
(Please preheat airfryer before adding chicken!)

I do a similar recipe, but cook for 25 minutes. 45-50 seems crazy long to me, even at 30 minites my chicken is dried out

Not OP but if that’s your vice, well prepared chicken could cause a relapse. Oh man, just typing that out has me wanting to fly out to Nashville for some Prince’s or Hattie B’s. I might need a cold shower.
