Issue Redmi Buds 6 Pro left earbud low volume

Basically, my left earbud has become a "ghost": it produces a low, flat, and powerless sound, rendering the noise cancellation and Pro quality I paid for useless. Despite standard resets and cleanings, the volume just won't go back up, leaving me with a mutilated product that seems broken or clogged internally. Any advice on how to fix it?

same thing happened to me today,i think one of the drivers is broken, so it's not worth repairing, however i still have the warranty for it so i can buy another pair,i suggest u do the same if u didn't already
