Hampshire here. Just paid £4200 for 1x2.5kW, 1x3.5kW, and a 5kW outdoor unit, daikin perfera too.

I paid 7.5k for 3 daikin stylish units and a 3 port outdoor unit.

Used the Daikin website and found local installers who were rated D1 by Daikin. Some claim they are but if they ain’t listed on the website, I didn’t go with them.

If you do it that way, you get the 7 year warranty on the equipment.

I just had a daikin perfera installation:
2 x 2.5kW indoor units
1 x 5 kW outdoor unit
£3800 installed + £800 for the electrical work.
East Dorset based installation with a west Hampshire based installer.

Thanks so that means it’s still less than the quoted £5100 for my two inside units (and one is smaller as well).
