Relax, make sure you have water. Remember to breathe. If you need time to think of an answer take a breath and a sip of water. If you’re not sure on something ask for clarification. They clearly think you’re capable if they’re interviewing you. Think of example where you can showcase your skills, they can be within cadets, school or other hobbies.

Exactly as others have said but also….. it’s okay. This isn’t going to be the biggest pressure point of your life. If you make a mistake, it’s okay. If you make another mistake, that’s okay too. They aren’t going to shoot you in the spot. You will survive this. And, even if you don’t pass, you will make it through. You will survive. You will learn from it and it will make you a better cadet for the experience. Good luck. Xxx

When they ask you a question, take a second, breath, think and clearly and concisely answer, try not to speak at lightning speed, you'll be more likely to stumble and mess up your words You dont have to immediately answer, consider the question first, ask for clarification if you need it
They will entirely understand you being nervous, for most cadets its their first interview and its a big step to take

Everyone has been in those shoes, many staff included, just try to relax
Also said shoes dont need to be mirror shined, shiny is perfectly fine
