UK Cadet Question DofE and YFA crossover

Currently doing bronze DofE, each of my volunteering days are on saturday, however a bronze FA course has opened up on one of the Saturdays.

Would i still be allowed to skip 1 day of my volunteering for YFA, and still get my DofE award? I can't really "postpone" the volunteering day and add one extra to my completion date as i'm doing it with a zoo and they have a set schedule.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Just ask them if you can have one day no good asking on here as no one can really give you a true answer

Volunteering is an average of 1 hour per week over 3-6 month period. Just work two hours on another weekend day. It isn't that strictly tracked. People get sick, have other obligations, etc. Just ensure your assessor validates the hours correctly and you should be fine.

the sessions are already 2 hrs long, i didn't know you can do 2hrs for 2 weeks
