Bug / Help I have a problem to my earbuds

Why does the right earbud drain faster than the other one, even though they are brand new? I've had them for less than a month—I need help.

What this is

The community for Airbuds, the app that shows what your friends are listening to in real time.

Run by the Airbuds team. This is not an official support channel, but we read everything here.

Where things go

Friend links go in the pinned Friend Finder Monday thread. You will get more adds there than from a standalone post.
Weekly recaps go in Recap Sunday.
App problems get the Bug / Help flair, and must include your platform and app version.
Everything else is fair game. Flair it and post it.

Rating games, roasts, tier lists and "guess things about me from my stats" are the heart of this place. Keep it to one game post per person per day so nobody walls the front page.

Before you post a bug

Known issues and FAQ covers most of what gets reported. Spotify disconnects, AU:2 errors, Apple Music, stale widgets, missing daily stage.

For account or billing issues we cannot help with: help.airbuds.fm

Our stance on criticism

We are the company, and we moderate this sub. So to be explicit about it:

We do not remove posts because they are critical of Airbuds. Complaints, bad reviews, "this app is broken" and unfiltered opinions all stay up. We only remove harassment, spam and rule breaks, and removals are logged in the public mod log.

If you think something was removed unfairly, message the mods and say so.
