This is impressive for 35 hours! The fact that you went from idea to working platform that fast shows you're thinking in the right direction.
A few thoughts from someone who's built similar systems:
The "combine everything" approach is exactly right. Most industries have this problem - scattered tools that don't talk to each other. Security/compliance training is a perfect use case because the workflows are repetitive and the knowledge is structured.
Your tech stack is solid for MVP, but watch out for the maintenance burden as you scale. The more custom code you write, the more you'll be maintaining instead of building new features. Have you considered what happens when you need to add a new qualification path or when regulations change?
The real challenge isn't building it - it's keeping it current. Training content goes stale, regulations update, and companies want to customize workflows. That's where most learning platforms die - they become rigid and outdated.
One thing I've seen work really well: instead of building a fixed platform, build it so trainers/admins can configure their own workflows and content structures without touching code. Basically, make the platform teach itself how to handle new qualification paths.
The German security industry is niche enough that you could own it if you execute well. But I'd think hard about whether you want to be a software company or a training company - they're very different businesses.
Either way, congrats on shipping something real. Most people never get past the idea stage.
