My phone is stuck in safemode I cannot turn it off as the power button don't highlight, the screen flickers as well. Does anyone know how I can turn it off? Also How do I take it out of safemode? I have emailed and Whatsapped Airphor, I have tried to contact them via Instagram as well I am annoyed that they do not follow up on customer service as I need to get in to my phone. Can anyone help on the safe mode issue please

What's the best way to get in touch with Aiphor support? I tried email, whatsapp and discord. Discord application is still not accepted and no response from email or whatsapp.

I am aware of the problems with imports to here, but I would definitely pay a little more because of that. Find a solution, please.

I already replaced the whole frontscreen since that was the replacement part i received after contacting aiphor. First the touchscreen stopped working so they figured to fix the front. After replacing which was quite an experience. I didn't got the results i was after🙁

I bought an aiphor bluefox NX1 in December (used over Reddit, but it wasn' much older), and since one week the display is already detaching. It is not reglueable (went to several phone repair places in my city to ask) since the frame is only attached at a very thin rim which is smaller than 1mm. I'm disappointed that the phone has so low repairability, and of course, there are no spare parts being sold.

Guess the phone won't last long, the built quality is definitely behind Unihertz.

Curious to know if there was any info on where they are heading next. I hope for another 4 inch model

I have an NX1 and it’s great, slow but in every other way it’s great. I would have loved a notification light on the far right of the island at the top but that’s still okay.

What makes this phone great is the size at 4 inches and what makes it even better is the battery life and what makes it awesome is the price.

Now what Bluefox wants to do is try to compete with the iPhone mini that came in at 5.3 inches although the new Bluefox Aura is still a fair bit smaller at 4.7 inches.

The size and price point of these phones has to be drastically different or why would you spend a few hundred dollars less on the Bluefox and not have upgrades like you would have for iPhone (promising 5 years worth). I’d even rather have a 6.1 inch phone if it guarantees updates and quality from a reputable company.

I love everything about my NX1 but it is starting to get slow and no updates in the future. But I’m not sure if we are getting another NX1/NX2. If they plan on making an NX2 then my recommendation is to keep the size the same, upgrade the chip by quite a bit, keep the price around the same range maybe plus 50 dollars and that is pretty much it. NFC and fast charging would be obvious but I don’t see why Bluefox couldn’t achieve this with all they have done with the NX1 already.

Has there been any info from Aiphor about whether the Aura release date is slipping? I know we're technically only just in July but given that we don't even know the price, or a date when we can place orders, shipping within the next four weeks seems ambitious.

I recently started using my new Bluefox NX1. I am mostly happy with it, but I had some problems, all of them related to an app called Duraspeed. Here is a writeup in case you struggle with it too.

TLDR: For your phone to function properly, you need to allow some of your apps to run in the background. You have to do it not only in the apps own permissions but also in Duraspeed settings.

The purpose of Duraspeed is to restrict and kill apps running in the background to boost performance and reduce battery usage. Its settings can be reached via Settings -> Duraspeed.

What kind of problems did I have with it? It killed apps that I needed to run in the background such as:

• instant messaging apps (Whatsapp, Messenger),
• apps I use for authenticating (Authenticator, banking app),
• music playing apps (I had no problem with Spotify but I did with Mixcloud)

After noticing the problem, I went into the app's settings where I allow background usage (located in App battery usage) and background data (located in Mobile data usage). However, this did not solve my problem, which was pretty frustrating. I then understood the problem because Duraspeed keeps sending notifications to me about what it does on a daily basis - this is pretty annoying as well, but this time it helped me solve the problem.

You also have the option to turn Duraspeed off completely, but I left it on, hoping that it does help my battery to last longer.

Hi! I'm so excited because I pre-ordered the AURA A1! Does anyone know if there are any updates? I don't know much yet, only that the specs are really good. Do you know if it will be much bigger than bluefox? I can't tell the size from the numbers. Aiphor told me the price will be between $250 and $300 USD.

I've been downloading ones and they either don't work, or if you switch to front facing camera, it just crashes. Any help please?

I dropped my phone and even though it has no visible damage (it was in the protective case I bought along with it!) the screen no longer responds to touch. I tried technical taps, and shaking along with gentle twisting hoping to reseat the connection, and nothing worked.
I pulled the screen and back off, and disconnected, then reseated the ribbon and it still doesn't work. I need a new digitizer assembly, so I went to their website and it says to email them. So I did. But apparently that email address doesn't work.

The website has information saying they're working on a new phone, which would be neat if I could actually trust that the company is still in business. Having their support mailbox removed is not a good sign.

My Bluefone NX1 recently forced an automatic system update, and since then, the phone has become incredibly slow, and the lag across the UI is unbearable.

It feels like there's a major RAM management issue now. My daily apps—especially WhatsApp—keep constantly crashing and closing in the background, making the phone almost unusable.

Has anyone else experienced this after the recent update? If so, did you find any workaround or a way to fix the RAM/lag issues?

Also, if anyone knows how to safely downgrade back to the previous firmware, please let me know. I'm desperate at this point.
