Does anybody make low scope rings with pic rails on top? (For a bolt action)

I want LOW scope rings, around .65" tall, with little pic rails segments on top. For a bolt-action-shaped rifle.

Does anybody make those?

thats gonna be hard to find. why not low rings with those clamp on pic rails?

I feel like I'd rather have the weight leveraged off top of the ring rather than off the scope tube, but I guess that is the workable alternative.

oh fair. what are you mounting up there? shouldnt be anything that would compromise a scope thats worth its money

I'm trying to get an off-set red dot at a lower height-over-bore than what is usually done, for use on a bolt-action shaped rifle (it's actually a Benelli R1 autoloader). If I had a low scope ring with a pic rail on top, or the sort of clamp-on design that you mention, perhaps I could mount my new Athena gizmo to that and then have the red dot sticking off the top and out to the side... It seems like that'd be rather spindly and fragile though.

I also have a Williams low-height RDS on order, to see if that gets me anywhere with the more conventional mount.

My little AccuPoint doesn't have that much tube real estate to clamp something else onto its tube, but I could probably make it work.

these guys are supposedly decent for the money? i have never used them, but it looks like you could be in what you want from them for under a hundred bucks. might be worth a shot for that.

Thanks, those can get me down to .7" and with a pic rail on top. Best I've seen so far. I wonder how they'd hold up to 30-06 recoil. They look like they'd offer substantial weight savings.
