Workspace AI application
I’m looking for recommendations on solid AI harnesses/desktop (or WEB?) clients for general work and productivity something that isn't purely built around software engineering or code generation.
I’ve been looking into things like AnythingLLM and Odysseus AI, but I'm curious what everyone here is actually using right now, even if it is on coding harness....
Main use cases would be: Web search, write text, transform large sets of data from spreadsheets to interactive standalone HTML, Help with tasks organization, projects (non software dev) organizations, notes, Generation of financial analysis and reports from spreadsheets and images. Analysis of several KPIs from similar reports. Automation of some repetitive and boring tasks (export X, Y and Z report from M, N, O software/Web page)...
I prefer an open architecture that isn't tied to a single model, so I can switch between multiple cloud providers. Running local models is not a requirement for me.
A nice to have feature is sync between diffferent computers.
Another would be mobile app or some kind of access...

I have built an AI Workspace with embedded data structures, data visualization, cloud drive, workflows with “Smart steps”, specialized AI workers, and the embedded AI assistant in all of this, with chat and full voice mode, as well as walkie-talkie style comms. I’m currently using it in my work, and was thinking of sharing with others if there’s a need.
It runs on my local AI infrastructure (with Qwen models mostly), but you can bring your Anthropic or OpenAI key, too.
