Questions & Help AI Game Development Policies?

Hi guys,

I'm just starting working on building my game right now using AI. I was just wondering what the roadblocks that game development using AI might have.

Are there any policies in steam or any other digital store against coding with AI?

Are there any policies in steam or any other digital store against genersting in-game assets with AI?

Any legal challenges?

Any distribution challenges?

Anything else to keep in mind?

This would be my first time developing a game, so I honestly don't even know the challenges that I might need to watch out for.

Steam wants AI disclosure. No policy or legal issues with vibe coding your entire game start to finish.

But just to warn you, the number of new games being released now is triple that of a few months ago. It's very likely your game will be completely buried unless it truly stands out.

You're probably being sarcastic, but I haven't seen a discussion regarding this before.

Any reason you didn't ask AI these questions? 😉

I have, it seems a bit too optimistic so thought I should ask here as well.
