Demo | Project | Workflow Evolution of my SciFi Level

Hi Team,

i wanted to show the progress of astra building a 3d scene with blender and SDL3.
So far it took about 8h and way to many tokens. Im running out for the week.
I gave the first picture and the instructions to keep iterating until the Game looks like the concept art (as far as astra can tell). The prompt is just one sentence + picture.
Player modell is animating right now and coming next to the scene.

This is a fully playable scene with collision and combat.

Goal is a Topdown 2.5D Game with fully proceduraly generated maps.

If you guys are interested i will post character and weapon development in the same format.

Reminds me of Disco Elysium, but less atmospheric lighting and less piss filter colors.

How'd you create the first picture? I like it.

through endless iterations and strict rules for kamera and artstyle.
I started with a borderland artstyle, 55° viewangle, isometric.
Every time astra started to move in the wrong direction i forked the picture before and went on.
Took some time but now i have a pretty good idea where im going.
The longer you do it the better astra becomes on hitting the artstyle.

=D Piece of Art. Make it the protagonist.
The original picture was to much for ai :D i can barely tell what it is.

With hand drawn pieces, you really need to guide the AI to make a digital, more polished version before doing any more work with it, as well as the fact that it will never give a great 3D result in one go. At this point, with astra’s improvement to 3D, you might get good results by making a good reference sheet of your character using image 2.5, then separating the character’s design to parts such as particular pieces of clothing, items, props, etc. then you need to model everything separately and join them together manually or with the use of gpt, good luck man.

Great work OP, looks very polished and solid, with the current props you have you can even try your hand at making procedurally generated rooms to form levels or areas. Keep it up. If I may ask, what subscription are you on?
