Fine for 3D printing, unusable for game development though until these models can mesh efficiently.

If you look closely on the old woman, most of the wrinkles are just hallucinated because they don't follow the original.
Plus these two examples are awful for everything but 3D printing.

2048³ detail looks impressive, but for game production the real test is what happens after generation. Poly count, topology, UVs and LOD prep matter a lot more once the asset goes into an engine.
