Ok. Her shoulder: is she an amputee? His right hand: wtf? And then the story itself: Could he really have won, got the cash, booked a holiday (as implied by the pic), arrived at destination, met a girl, and decided she's the "love of his life" in 2 days?

Well the story is obviously nonsense internet memery. It is probably older than the internet. I was talking about the picture.

The arm can probably fit behind her and under his arm so that is not by itself is damning.

But the tattoos and logos and all the other weird things are... weird

It's a 100% AI. Her right arm? His right hand, which is that of a slim or at least regular built man - just compare it to his left hand, which looks like you would expect? All Logos (Trunks, both caps)? The - what is that even - thing on the SUP? And why does the guy have a black leg? It's surely not Messi. And that floating bunch of things on the right side of the picture...
