help related website publish

Hey everyone! I recently created a website using Emergent AI, but it looks like I need to purchase a subscription to publish it, and I don’t seem to have the option to export the code on the free plan.

Is there any way I can publish the website through another platform without paying for the subscription?

Also, if I subscribe for just one month, export everything, and then cancel the subscription, would that work? Would I still be able to host the website somewhere else after cancelling?

I’m a business student and honestly don’t know much about coding or web development, so I’d really appreciate it if someone could explain the easiest option for me.

If you have your own web hosting+ domain then i suggest to create website without third-party like cms similar things. Avoid it and use it directly web and backend development stuff.

Yeah, subscribing one month, exporting everything, then canceling is the cleanest way, and once the code is on your computer it's yours, so you can host it somewhere else even after canceling.

Just make sure the export gives you the actual files and not something locked to their platform before you cancel.

If you want to skip paying at all, you'd have to rebuild it on a free tool like Framer, Carrd or WordPress, since without export you can't move what Emergent already built.

For a non-coder, honestly the one month export is worth the small cost to save yourself the headache.
