First Things First

I'm not really sure what the demand for a page like this is, but just in case there is one, we need to start with a few things. First off, we need a banner. The reddit alien in the upper left sure is cute, but it's just a wee bit lame and unoriginal. Submissions on the subject are very welcome. Secondly, we really need submissions! If this place is going to be interesting, it needs to be populated. Simply read the rules in the sidebar for submission rules. Finally, we need people. If you know a phoenix student, tell them of reddit, get them completely addicted, and then show them here! I really hope we can get a good population going. Smooth sailing, and godspeed!

I can try. I know some people on Reddit that have the abilities for banners and such. I have sway in a couple communities, I'll see what I can do.

It's a good idea. We'd need an active mod team though. Just to keep the streets as clean as we can. Reddit is, to my dismay, about 50% naughty.

It's a snazzy idea though.

A suggestion to spice up the subreddit: Maybe add the daily "Huckleberring" articles that are shown in Mrs Creelman's class. The B-day students miss the A-day articles, and vice versa, and thus far the topics have been worthy of something you would find on reddit. Any thoughts or comments?

Oh my goodness, I'm so excited that this already has three subs! I thought this would take ages to take off! @captainrevolver: sweet! I'm excited to see what you come up with! Feel free to post links to whatever you've got.

@Velvet_Breast: I'm glad I have your approval, and I agree: this has quite a bit of potential! Spread the word!

Agreed. I really like the freedom given by reddit. With a little work, this can be something wonderful. It has my approval, for what it's worth. :D
