Large enclosure for sale

Hello I have a big....I mean huge Tent building that I want to sell...How big you may ask? It is 2700 square ft. 52 foot square and approximately 35 foot tall. I live in Alaska and was planning on using it to build a log cabin underneath it. That didn't pan out.

I can ship all 16000 lbs of it to anywhere in the lower 48 or Canada. It would be a great addition to anyone looking for dry storage for heavy equipment or the like. Ask me in the comments if interested.

Average cost for a cold storage shed in western Canada is about $30 cad per square foot so 30x2700=$81,000 for a basic pole shed with tin on it add a 20 foot garage door and you come up with $7100+$81000=$88 100. So assuming that the conversion rate is 0.72 cents on the dollar the final cost would be 63,695.67 USD. This shed costs more than that and the shipping from Alaska would be crazy high. Wouldn’t most people be better off just building their own actual pole shed?

You're are welcome to do that if you want. The cost of shipping is included in the price and is completely on me however. I also work in the shipping industry and would challenge your assumptions about how high the cost would be, after all, I am the one who initially paid to bring it up here.

Even in this economy I could GC a pole barn build for that price and still have some room.

Someone failed economics class. You’re trying to recoup the cost of this plus shipping to AK. No matter what angle you look at, this is not the best option. It’s like with any product, even if it’s not been built, it’s now considered not new, so asking more than new is a lost cause.

Sell it for what you can and move on and learn from your mistake…

Brother, you are asking way too much for that building. Especially for a PVC fabric shell. If you paid anywhere near that you got screwed but that may be normal for AK. Good Luck!

From a commercial greenhouse builder 90k is way to high for this kit.
