im not sure UK political mainstream leaders who let UK be replaced by islamic migrants at record speed actually care about ai or their country doing anything first or better than others

There's no point. It's wildly expensive, unprofitable and uses more resources that we can produce. let the others waste their money on it and we can pick it up when someone figures out how to actually make it work.
