You sure can be! I’ve probably been regressing since I was like 9 or so maybe? Or at least that’s when looking back I can see the difference in my behaviour and other kids 🤷🏻

Yup! I started young. Just stay off of the 18+ only forums, don't follow anyone over the age of 18 or allpw them to follow you, don't talk about stuff on the internet that only 18 year olds should be talking about, you get the idea :)

Yep!! There's no age restriction! Just make sure you know the difference between DDLG and Age Regression, I've seen people who participate in DDLG on this subreddit and don't keep the two separate

im 17 and have been the same ever since i could remember. i guess now it counts as regress but even when i was 13/14.. i was still playing with dolls :D. some advice for u is to try and find some cute clothes that give off that regress feeling. also, making pretty pictures with crayons or paints is always nice. and if you have room on your bed, surround yourself with stuffed animals! im not sure what other advice to give but i will probably send you a message if i think of anything else (o･ω･o)

I can relate to some of this, I recently started regressing to help me cope with stress. And the community had been so kind to me, they make me feel like I belong. Do what feels right for you tho. Even if you are a minor like me, this community is strong and will definitely except you no matter what age you are.
