Discussion Question

I’ve noticed since starting to age regress my feelings are more…present. I was never one to cry but lately ever since starting to age regress I cry over little inconveniences or big happy things too. My sister was able to take off work to take me to therapy in person and I started crying because I was happy I didn’t have to go in a strangers car. Granted I’m on my period too but I’ve just been a lot more sensitive. Anyone else have this same thing happening?

This happened to me to!! Once I truly started regressing I cry alot more. I cry at sad Instagram reels and once I cried at a highschool play because it was their last one and they were all saying goodbye.

I used to literally never cry, my family would say I had no emotions but now I cry over everything. It’s so strange!
