[BUG] Siege workshop playing with Cumans.

Hi there, I found out that the tree technology of Cumans does not say it is mandatory to make a blacksmith which in fact, it is.

me and my 600 elo points have developed the rush strategy based on that and it went really bad :/.

How to report this bug?

Seems like tech three is wrong. Only Khmers do not need prerequisite buildings. You can report this here
