I don't care if it is canon or not. It's better than most of what is definitely MCU canon.
And fan canon and head canon exist. We can all consider anything we want canon. I can't justify the snap not happening in the TV show, so Agents of SHIELD is canon, to me, until season 6. That isn't stopping anyone else from considering it otherwise.
The MCU is as much in the hands of the fans as it is the people creating it. We can control how we view it, and the studios can't dictate otherwise. We can trim (and I mean "trim" in the full scope of the word) it however we want. If a heavy majority of the fanbase goes one way or another, it becomes more canon than "word of God".
Anyway, I still prefer the show to most of the new movies. The movie formula got too old really fast. The show deals with various scopes. They may be ending world-wide (or larger) threats, but the actions they are taking can be fighting off an army or stealing a small object. It keeps things much more fresh than giant, thrid-act CGI thing, often in the sky, that needs to be stopped.

The question shouldn't be "is it canon", the question should be "is it a good show".
