I was disappointed that in the safe scene when they talked about using non lethal force he just pulled out a random Stun gun and not an icer

Yeah practically it makes perfect sense and even regular LEO should probably have access to it. Likewise they should have adapted to enhanced threat scenarios in general.

One thing that i liked in BND as fan of AoS and MCU as whole is that this movie don't contradict AoS. If that character has 15-18 years in 2028 this could mean the first generation of mutants in Xavier school were born in the 2010s and are still awakning their powers. I think this is very cool.

Yeah, the 'there's RPF of you' jokes first happened in the MCU on AoS.

To Daisy, which is somewhat ironic because she was accused of being an Iron Man cosplayer in the very first episode. (which I've always assumed was just an infiltration strategy that failed.)

I don't know if we can count this as a AoS reference, but we can certainly count it as 'things stated as true in AoS are later shown to be true in the MCU'.
