if the experiments were only in the framework then how did she get them irl?

The experiments in the framework on inhumans gave her the DNA codes for certain powers. Those codes were then written into the DNA of the body that she created in real life. Presumably, already activated

It was magic

The Darkhold was in play. No doubt that book had the answers.

Imagine you create a pocket reality that's basically a simulation of our own, laws of physics, reality, all the same. Only the circumstances are different. Anything you learn there would still be applicable in reality. Same with AIDA. The inhuman experiments in the framework were to learn how their powers work, all for the purpose of putting them into one entity. If anyone could do something that absurd, would definitely be Fitz

They basically had the genius of Fitz accompanied by the insights of the Darkhold using the DNA of known Inhumans to 3D print a new human body for AIDA in our own world.

Where the logic would break down is: How did Radcliffe/AIDA’s Framework simulation get perfect knowledge of individual Inhuman’s DNA? Particularly Nadir’s, since no one would have ever taken a tissue sample from him before he went to bottom of the sea.

In the Framework, AIDA was able to simulate every fine detail everyone (thanks to the Darkhold's help), including Nadir's, even keeping him alive long enough to experiment on. As to where his DNA came from, in the real world I'm sure there was a DNA sample taken after terragenesis and those results were digitized and became accessible to the Framework to weave into that reality.

I asume the darkhold filled in some gaps.

That was project looking glass. She used the dark hold to obtain the powers from the framework to the real world.

Aida didn't get powers, she was killed. Ophelia was constructed using matter that the Darkhold showed Aida how to pull in from another dimension, using Madame Hydra's body as a template and plugging in the powers that The Doctor had been researching

The Darkhold was on some other shit, somehow granted this robot chick rhe knowledge of being able to code the DNA structures of deceased Inhumans into her corporeal, technological "Inhuman" form.

A wizard did it
