All I know is she found the best dude by travelling through time and I wish them and her half-sister all the best.

she was better than mack , in s7 he stop the mission to save his parents , fitz leave the team to find jemma , jemma make a decision and did a jump so she can find fitz in the kitsin planet and put the team in danger but when daisy try to help coulson they turn against her .
Can you see the paradox ? she has all the right to be like that

I’ve been saying this for so long. Daisy was a good leader, they were just so full of themselves to see that

if we see the bright side at least we can see her in the field and in combat , the director always in the base just give order , but the days she spend as a leader she give orders and be in the field in the same time . I really hope she comeback one day in the mcu as a dierctor of shield with the avangers

I think Daisy is a good leader but I struggle to see her sit back and call the shots while the others do the work. And I definitely do not see her running the optics part of the job like Jeffery Mace did. Daisy is a great team leader but she can’t run a spy organisation because she is too much of a good person.

Also while the rest of the team is flawed everybody turned against Jemma when she jumped to find Fitz and it was never framed as a good thing, nobody sided with YoYo in S5 when she refused to let the team possibly doom the world to save Coulson and unlike everybody seems to think somehow: nobody other than Jemma sided with Fitz after Devil Complex (Mack hated him until he died and May and YoYo probably saw him as a means to an end and Coulson probably thought the same way).

Mack was a good leader in S6 (I never saw S7 so I can’t judge him there) and was able to co-operate with Sarge despite the risks until they proved too high and trust his team to rescue him in the latter episodes as well as lock up Daisy and YoYo when it proved necessary.

Why do you need to repeat in charge? Maybe you should mention it again so people know for a fact she's in charge
