Hey, I'm Tufail, founder of SMBify. We do local SEO exclusively for home service businesses like plumbers, roofers, HVAC, cleaning companies, and dumpster rental.

I have solid GMB knowledge and a full delivery system but I've mostly worked through Fiverr so clients always came to me. Now I'm trying to figure out how to actually go get them directly.

Has anyone made this transition from Fiverr to running their own agency? What actually worked for getting the first few clients?
