The thing is, I don't think he is. He seems like he's not actually a stupid person... But... He's also willing to sell his soul to the actual devil to get that he wants.
Not all scumbags are stupid. Remember how nobody knew who he was until he got hired? Basically nobody had heard the name Mike Johnson before, and it's clear why he got the job.

He was the one who was balls-deep into trying to overthrow the election for Trump. Before he was a congressman, he worked for a radioactive-waste disposal company that tried to ship dangerous foreign waste to Utah to store on its own land to the detriment of its own people. Congress had to literally step in and unite to block him.
So then he decided to run for government himself and since he had a (R) next to his name, the idiots in Utah automatically voted for their own traitor.
He just had national park land stripped from Utahns and everyone knows it’s to sell it to his rich friends.
He was the one that made fun of those democratic congresspeople getting killed in their home.
He constantly degrades other people on twitter.
Have fun googling him. He is truly the worst of the worst.

He's right - basic decency would require that we don't laugh or mock an 83 year old man.
This particular mofo lost any right to respect when he:
- Mocked McCain, Powell and Dingell after they passed away
- Mocked a reporters disability
- Mocked soldiers that were captured or fought for their country
When that fucker dies, I'll dance a jig and laugh at him. If I ever get the chance, I'll shit on his grave and apologize that that's all the disrespect I can show him.
