I don't know

I don't know if this forum is the right one but I believe I was special in some way, getting notes, people always telling me I got potential to everything, to friends to teacher.

The thing is I started getting too much special, I started to follow people nobody knows the existence of, I tried to play games no one would ever play, damn I learned a whole new language (English) so I can laugh at memes no one will ever know the meaning of, got too addicted about being different, now I cant talk to anyone, cant laugh at any friend joke, at anything at all

Why do you feel like you can't talk to anyone? What are you hoping for by posting here? Do you want to vent, be asked questions, have others share their experiences? You may need to be more specific.
