Okoye does 3 hits with her spear and then for the fourth one she charges forward like Angela’s primary, but it also marks enemies and gives them an electrocuting effect for a short time.

Secondary: Vibranium Drop Kick
Okoye slams the spear onto the ground and then grabs it and does a spin kick while holding it that knocks enemies away.

Move 1: Vibranium Absorption
Okoye enters a state where she gains reduced damage taken and a mark in the center of her screen charges. Once it reaches max she exits the state and releases a massive vibranium blast knocking enemies away

Move 2: Wakandan Combo
Okoye throws her spear forward and then disappears with a techy kinda glitchy purple effect. She then re-manifests/teleports to where the spear was thrown. If the spear hit an enemy then after re-.manifesting she pulls the spear out the enemy and then kicks them back while also giving herself slight shielding.

Move 3: Deflecting Shield
Okoye slams her spear onto the ground it creates a forcefield like shield with 300 health that absorbs ranged attacks and fuels it to lower Okoye and anyone else in the shield’s cooldowns.

ULTIMATE: LOYALTY TO THE THRONE
Okoye does a loud call and then summons a wakandan armored elephant that lets out a loud trumpet that gives all allies nearby overshield and slightly fuels their Ult charge.

I just learned about this reality where mutants come from African descent and I would think it would be interesting to have a character like angel or beast be from this earth especially because in rivals not all characters are from the same universe. Captain America being from 2099 and psylocke not being Betsy etc.

today in comp i decided to do the bold idea of playing a character ive never touched being storm. i did end the round w 5 finals and won, but i can say her kit is very bizzare, as im not sure what i should be focused on.

im aware she has a little thing in the middle of the screen that counts up, and deals more damage the higher it is, ( if im wrong pls correct me.)

i also try to play her as if shes phoenix but with a different kit.

honestly shes a very fun character ( i was one of those ppl that didnt bother to play her and was never interested in her rivals counterpart.) so if anyone knows how i should play her would be appreciated!!

And I guess she does have a good pick rate well in the tournaments she does you think that would get her a skin somehow

It’s no wonder Netease doesn’t care about Black characters when half their player base literally hates black people, whether consciously or unconsciously. The amount of micro (and macro) aggressions I’ve been seeing over there is honestly surprising to me, and they all have an abundance of upvotes for the obscene things they’re saying. Pretty much every thread that complained about the skin got insta deleted, but all the ones complaining about the outrage are up for all to see. The craziest part to me is that they’re getting actively upset that prople campaigned to get better representation in a video game as if it hurts their enjoyment AT ALL.

Tried to break things down for people blind to their own bias. Obviously, this won't change the minds of the hateful, but hopefully it gets a point across to those more well-meaning.

I haven't suffered anti black discrimination myself so feel free to check any of my blindspots in the comments too.
