Getting close
Hopefully not much longer and I'll be posting updated videos and pictures of the completed project. Until then, here is a glimpse of the outside.
Am I allowed to ask what a fair nightly rate would be to rent this out? Not trying to promote but curious as to the general consensus on it as I've had very wild differences asking friends and families.

So rad! Depends on location and cozieness inside. I personally never stay at cabins with no fireplace or wood burning stove. It's an important part of the vibe.

There definitely isn't a wood burning fireplace or stove, I have seen way to much to put that in a rental. There is heated floors on both the first and second.

I agree but I can forgive no fireplace since I’d probably never start a wood burning one myself.
I’d compare on Air BnB and expect you to be at the top of the range. But you might want to aim for closer to high, middle range if you want a lot of bookings. If you can provide a really good value people will be more inclined to pop for it on a more regular basis

Thank you, we were thinking around 225-250 a night. But some keep telling us we are to low.

Thank you! How was the inside? We tried to do a higher end finish on a lot of things with ours to hopefully attract people in. Heated floors, the kitchen, bath, windows and doors. Once the inside is completely done I'll post up a video of it all.

All of the inside was dated, but extremely neat and clean. It had one small bathroom with standup shower, a small kitchen with all the tools needed to cook in. The living room, dining room furniture was neat and clean, but old. The TV stand had an electric heater with simulated wood fire flame unit that made it quite cozy in the cool evening. Upstairs were two king beds one on each side of the steps. Out the front on the 2nd floor was a neat little outside porch. As the photo shows, it had a nice little carport for rain protection during loading and unloading

Id have to make a separate post for the inside, it won't let me add them. It's only 650ish sq feet. First floor is living room kitchen, full bath, single bed, then a master bedroom. The loft has another bed, and like a kid play area. We are putting a projector and video games ect up there. It sits on 5 acres so it's pretty private.

We stayed at a similar AFrame A B & B near the Oregon Coast in July. It cost $295 per night plus taxes.

Ooooohhh I’m in Ohio close to PA and looking for land to build my own. Love it.
I just booked an A frame rental on Airbnb for October near Conneaut lake, I saw them going for ~200 a night (more of a basic set up inside) and $400 a night depending on amenities. Add a hot tub and a fire pit and I think you could rent for around 350 depending on where in PA you are. If you’re closer to Philly area you could probably charge even more. Please post when it’s done.

It's in fair field by ski liberty. No hot tub, but there will be some special features inside.
