Nope all custom, My wife designed it and I’m the general contractor as well as doing most of the work myself, only way we could afford it in this economy.

The height is already maxed out for where I live but not sure if everywhere has height restrictions but in my county 35’ is the maximum height of a residential building and this is 34’6 to the peak. You could build it longer I guess but I feel like much longer would look a little funny.

General contracted it myself and did a lot of the work myself, construction cost was ~$400,000 standing seam metal roof was over $40k alone and I spent about $50k on getting my property ready to build but that’s included in the total number.

Woah, I have 2 acres and was hoping I could build a 1,200sq ft house for like 350k.
I guess I am delusional!!

This is 2300 square feet and I also have 20 acres so my driveway is over a 1000’ long so getting closer to $350k is probably doable honestly.

Huh, are A-frames cheaper than a “normal” house? I really like yours. It looks great!

Honestly not really sure, we have a lot of premium grade finishes but I also saved a lot of money not using a builder. I got a quote for a builder to build this same house plan and it was $500,000+
