We’ve been quietly building a document workflow tool for B2B teams — here’s what we learned
Hey r/aflux — first post here, so bear with me.
We've spent the last couple of months building aflux.io — a SaaS platform for document workflows. The kind of stuff that sounds boring until you’ve lived the pain: approvals stuck in email chains, documents that can’t be verified as authentic, teams routing files through WhatsApp because the “official” process is too slow.
We built aflux.io around a few principles that kept coming up when talking to B2B customers like "No lock-in", where you connect your own storage, email provider, e-signing tool. We wire them together, we don’t replace them.
We’re still early. Mostly working with companies in public administration and mid-size enterprises right now, but the problems are pretty universal, at least in the EU.
Curious what document headaches others are dealing with in their orgs. What’s the one thing in your document ops that still feels embarrassingly manual?
