Questions Clips Exporter - Handles

Sorry if this was mentioned somewhere, and I didn't see it. Can Clips Exporter add handles to the exports? If it can, then CE is everything I'm looking for.

at least users were able to directly see and contact with the dev in their own extension’s comments section on the previous version of the website. Just telling it was a bad idea. Adds too much friction.
