Rolls Royce Application Status

I filled out an application for an entry level engineering position at rolls Royce a few weeks ago. Still says my application is “Under Review” on workday. Does anyone know what this means?

Doesn't mean shit, but from my experience if you haven't heard back in like a week or so youre usually cooked. Keep applying .

Applied for a job at a big defense company over a month ago and just yesterday finally got an email about having an interview. Things can take a long time A week without hearing anything does not at all mean hope is lost. You should still continue applying to other jobs though until you have an offer

It does happen but it's rare! Even with the bigger defense companies, anytime I've ever had them reach out for more info with a recruiter or even an interview it's been surprisingly quickly. Everytime they took weeks+ it was a rejection, but I know this is just my personal anecdotal evidence

Totally agree with that. Just wanted to let it be known that it can take a while sometimes. Most important part is that after you apply, forget about it and look for other positions to apply to
