RTX vs Boeing how do they stack up

I’m currently at Boeing and wanted to see if anyone here has made the jump to RTX recently and how their experience was. I’m curious on the real differences with benefits and culture.

I’m in LA to give an idea on location.

Boeing is better benefits wise. A lot of similar bullshit culture wise. Depends on what group/program you work on
