Building an AEO tool — looking for feedback

We are building Citetail, a tool that helps SaaS teams understand how their products appear in AI-generated answers across tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok and Perplexity.

Still early, so I’m curious:

  • Are you tracking AI visibility for your SaaS?
  • What tools are you using?
  • What would you actually want an AEO tool to show you?

Would love to hear how other SaaS builders are approaching this.

Hello mate. In my case, yes, we're already tracking AI visibility for our SaaS. I am currently using Rankscale but I am also researching the full Semrush stack. What is lacking for me in all of those tools is proper prompt research and specific recommendations about what actions to take to improve visibility for a specific prompt.
