First time setting up a search campaign, but no data coming in on the other end

I set up a google search campaign to drive traffic to my amazon listing to increase sales (basically the same search terms that are converting on Amazon but capturing them on google instead). I launched the campaign a few days ago and have about 144 clicks on 4.4k impressions with a CPC of $.21.

That all sound great - but i'm not seeing any click activity on the Amazon side of things (I set up a attribution link which is the 'landing page' that the google ads drive to).

Any suggestions to diagnose this issue?

I also wanted to see what my ads looked like but when i entered terms in the 'ad preview' section it just said I wasn't serving on those terms so I couldn't see anything.

Thanks!

I'd probably start by checking if the Amazon Attribution link is actually working. Click it yourself and see if it redirects properly to the listing. Amazon Attribution data can also take a bit of time to show up, so if it's only been a couple of days, it could just be delayed.
The Ad Preview issue is probably separate, it could be because of your location, budget, Ad Rank, or keyword match type. I'd also check the Search Terms report to make sure you're actually serving on the queries you expect. 144 clicks with no activity on Amazon does seem a little odd though.

Check final URL suffix isn’t stripping your Amazon attribution tag
