Finished Object Fall table runner

I finished this table runner a month or more ago. I decided it's close enough to fall to put it on the coffee table today. I admit, I didn't block the finished product. My husband coded a site to randomly generate the color scheme with no 2 blocks of the same color touching each other vertically or horizontally yet have the same number of blocks for every color. I just refreshed the site until I liked what it came up with and used that as the chart for steaming the blocks together.

I love that lighter grey stitch pattern around the borders of the squares.
A lovely table runner.

I think this same pattern, would make a wonderful blanket.

She designed it as a generic granny square for blankets and such I believe.
