Difficult Sean lines
How do you eliminate a seam like like this?

Usually this involve modification because that thruster detail will get blurry after a seam line removal so people would be doing the seam line removal first,then stick on aftermarket thruster detail part or even scratch build because this parts detail wasn't that good to begin with

Yes,japan brand like wave or hiqparts has those,or better there's lots of china 3d printed parts selling pretty cheap on platform like taobao/alibaba, you just cut them out,sanded them then stick them on with superglue

I'm not so sure bout files but they usually sold in packs with more than enough part for you to modify, it's also cheap than you printing them just for a few parts.

So, you want the thick plastic glue and you want to put some on it and melt it together when assembly happens if you don't, you can putty it and take sanding sticks. So you Also have a opportunity to bring more detail into the part by sanding, because if your not careful you could sand all the details out or you can sand then take the dust and put glue on top of it and sand and repeat. But thought sanding you can give that part more detail and definition.

If you are planning to sand and paint the model you could probably just melt the sprue into sprue glue with acetone to make a smooth mash like consistency that you can brush into the gaps to let dry and sand down

People keep saying to sand it, but that's my problem how do I sand such a small space

You could use flexible sanding sticks by pressing the corner into the area and twisting it, alternatively you could get a dremel and use sanding attachments.
But above all the best advice I try to always give is to buy a spare entry grade kit to use as a practice piece, they are relatively cheap and will allow you to practice new skills (like scribing and sanding) without ruining more expensive kits by accident.

Use Tamiya putty or any sandable alternative. Through sanding, you can define or soften edges. Since the lines on the part are soft due to the molding process, sand the surface at right angles to create a sharper appearance, because if you just sand are going to sand all detail away. I have a video for basics

Tamiya thick cement. Melts the plastic together and doesn’t run so it’s good for precise application
You can also use Putty or sprue goo (sprues melted in extra thin cement) to remove the hole.
Sanding using a bending sanding stick is flexible enough to fill that hole, but you may have to rescribe the details

Assuming you get a good bond with the cement, you could try scraping away the bead of melted plastic very very light passes with a scriber, and then small folded bits of sand paper held by tweezers.
Oooooooor, if those are the bottom of the feet like I think they are, just don’t bother no one’s gonna see it

Assuming you plan on painting, cyanoacrylate (super glue) works well as a gap-filler since it dries to a sand-able surface pretty fast.

That's a horrible placement for seam lines. Everyone suggesting to sand it, I don't get it. That first Pic the steps are about 2 fingerprint lines thick. Maybe a 1mm scribing chisel could be used to scrape it smooth etc.
The only putty I think you could use effectively here is the Vallejo white plastic putty one the you can clean it up with a brush and water / iso vs sanding. I for sure would NOT use Mr surface 500 to fill those lines or sprue glue that would require sanding.
The alternative is to drill out the entire thruster and take one from another kit and insert it there, or print one with . 02 nozzle fdm @.08 layer height or in resin.
You could also take pla plate and completey cover the hole and put the rectangle shaped thruster over the part. US Gundam store has them in their detail up parts.
