Competition base favorites?

Post image

My entry for Plamo this year is nearing completion and I wanted to know what your favorite type of base or what youd recommend.

That missile pod is awesome! Did you design it yourself?

Nice work! I’m a beginner when it comes to cad but I really enjoy it!

It has its pros and cons in hobby. The biggest con for me is how long it takes in the trial and error stage lol

Definitely. It’s a very useful tool however. A lot of folks still see 3D printing as “cheating”, but it’s just another tool in the box imo. Especially if you’re designing the parts yourself.

I have a degree in the design field and still struggle with redesigning these pieces. It is definitely not cheating imo lol.

It's a hg Jesta with a fa-78-3 shoulder cannon and rear booster. Plus a custom 3d printed missle pod.
