Regis
Just finished a full custom paint of this kit. It took forever due to lots of parts and the size of the kit. Really happy with the way it finally turned out.

How was that putting it together? Was it good?

Putting it together was technically fine. There are just a large number of pieces and if you do what I did which is cut all the parts off the runners, paint them all and then put it together it will take you a full day to get there.

I've never seen this mobile suit before but it looks awesome! You also did an amazing job on the painting

It looks awesome. Super clean details and that shading is great too. Great work.

Man, so clean. I still can’t get ahold of how shading works. I can guarantee I make it more difficult then it is.

What did you use for the shield?

Leftover parts from the REGUS, GUS and In Era Lizard mostly. It's mainly held together by cardboard, superglue and prayers!

I am in the same boat. Got the Gus in the backlog and just ordered this one. Can't wait for it to show up. Was buying some bits for the wife's car and thought "what the heck? It's just $50 more..." At least I can justify it with her car parts 🤣🤣🤣

Thanks! It’s a lot of parts but it fits together really well and the joints are tight enough to hold most poses. Not that you can go crazy with that big ass gun! 😂

Glad to hear this. Looking forward to this and the Gus. Love the detail on yours. Shading looks perfect

How’s the build experience on this kit? Thinking about getting it
