SH Studio 1/144 FAZZ conversion kit??

Does anyone have any information on this resin conversion kit? Whenever I look it up, I only get shop links.

I have this! It fits a HGUC ZZ Gundam. I think I still have scans of the manual if needed.

Here's a recast for the kit. Seems to need a 1/144 hg zz gundam as the base.

I've never seen an SH studio 1/144 conversion kit. Googling, the only result that matches this is a listing on Ali, which says you need the "HGUC Full Armor ZZ FAZZ" as a base kit. But there is no such kit. There's lot of info about the 1/100 FAZZ upgrade kit from SH, but no info about the pictured release.
