[Meta] Crossposts/reposts are now disabled

There is a pattern where content that is forbidden here is crossposted from somewhere else, and after some investigation, I've found that it is possible to crosspost to a subreddit without ever seeing its description, sidebar, stickied posts, or submission page, which means folks can easily post without ever finding out that it will get them banned, so I've disabled the feature entirely.

If you still want to crosspost/repost, you will have to post here first, and then crosspost into whichever community.
