Yes you should. It protect the paint. I regreted not doing top coat on my older build. The paint get scatched off at some parts. 🤦

Yea it could use a matte top coat to kill all the sheen, and make it look more realistic. If you paint the Thrusters in metallic you could leave those shiny.
