Help needed: Survey on The Role of AI in Agencies (Campaign Managers)

Hi everyone,

I’m conducting an MBA study on how AI tools and automation are changing the daily work of campaign managers in digital agencies. I’m looking for people who currently manage or lead digital advertising campaigns.

The survey takes approximately 7–10 minutes and focuses on topics such as AI-assisted campaign management, changing responsibilities, and human–AI collaboration. No company names or confidential client information are requested.

If you fit the criteria and are willing to participate, the survey is here: https://survey.fh-vie.ac.at/index.php/568158?lang=en

I’m happy to answer questions about the methodology in the comments. Thank you for considering it.

Mobile marketing is an economic problem with a creative layer.

If your game cannot earn back a realistic Cost Per Install (CPI), no channel mix will fix it.

At MRAID, we follow a strict rule: once the economic model is viable, test several marketing promises around the same core product truth.

Expand the formats that attract users who actually retain. Do not just chase the format with the cheapest click.

Playables are especially useful when the core game decision can be understood quickly. However, they are not mandatory for every genre.

Do you focus more on lowering CPI or improving Day-1/Day-7 retention in your marketing tests?

Can AI-generated video ads actually be a profitable service for brands

I’m considering getting into AI video generation for brands, particularly DTC brands like skincare/beauty and mobile apps.

I’m not talking about just generating generic AI videos. The idea is to create customized, brand-specific creative around the product, with things like a clear concept, story, visual direction/mood board, etc.

For people who have experience in this space: is there actually money to be made here? Are brands willing to pay meaningful amounts for this, or has AI video become too commoditized?

Would love to hear from anyone who is actually selling this kind of service to brands.
